We're looking for an enthusiastic person to join a manufacturing company in Cumbria to help them develop their training and IT systems.
You'll be supporting the management team to implement training for staff members across the site in line with business objectives and helping manage the site's apprentices. You'll be liaising with training providers and developing internal training packs.
You'll lead in the development of IT support systems including adopting systems and data management platforms. You'll work with data development and interrogation including sales analysis and asset management and also developing and monitoring KPIs.
Skills and Experience:
* A business-related degree or apprenticeship or 3 years of relevant commercial experience.
* An enthusiastic outlook and desire for personal development.
* An interest in people and systems development.

* Up to £25k
